At Nicobar, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery for all eligible fashion and lifestyle items. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Nicobar account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags intact; place it back in the original packaging along with the invoice for our courier partner.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
